A.Santa and Dale will great you, your kids and dogs. We take the time to ensure the kids are comfortable with Santa. Santa is friendly and happy to take serious, funny, fun and silly photos, as you wish. We use the beach house as a backdrop, sitting on the stairs or chairs in front of the house. We have a range of inflatables that kids love, as well as a surfboard. The beach house is Christmas themed. Kids will be offered a lolly, bubbles, or other small Christmas themed items as a small gift when they say good bye to Santa.

A.Photo sessions will take place at Santa's Beach House, Edithvale Beach, enter beach at The Esplanade.

Edithvale Beach - These will feature Red Beach box backdrop or beach / bay backdrop during the day. Sunset photos will be bay / sky backdrop.

A.On warm days parking can be difficult. Please arrive well before your booked time in order to ensure you are not rushed. Limited street parking may be available on The Esplanade, off Nepean Hwy. Alternatively street parking is available on Nepean Hwy, Station St and surrounding streets.

A.Head to the Book Now page. You will be directed to the booking page at Try Booking. Please select your date on the calendar to see availability. The November calendar will be visible, please scroll to December if you prefer.

A.It is definitely best to book your session time in advance. If time allows we may take walk ups, however this cannot be guaranteed. If walk up sessions are available, you will need to scan the QR code at the venue and book via the website. This allows us to collect all necessary information and payment.

A.More sessions may be added, but this is not guaranteed.

A.Standard photo sessions go for approximately five minutes. You will receive at least 3 different images from the session. Should you want more images, please book the deluxe pack which offers a ten minute session and two settings. The Large group session is for 6-12 participants.

A.Yes, we can take up to 3 different combinations in one standard session. These will all be taken in the same setting. For example you might have the whole family, the kids, and then the dog as 3 different groupings in the same setting. If you would like two settings, for example beach box photos, and bay / beach photos, please book deluxe package.

A.Photo sessions including digital images begin at $89. Please see package pages for more information.

A.You will receive at least 3 different digital images from your standard session. Differences may be in group composition, facial expressions or props. You may change the composition of your images during the session, for example, one set up of the kids, one of the family, one of the dog. Deluxe and large group sessions will deliver at least 6 and 9 images respectively.

A.Payment will be processed online when you book.

A.No. If you cannot attend your booked session, please contact us for other possible times. We do not refund if you simply do not turn up for your session. We do not refund if you do not like your images. We do our best to take beautiful images for you, however the photos are of course a representation of you on the day. I think we all have a Santa photo tucked away, featuring a grumpy, sad or silly faced yet still beautiful child of our own. Photo quality will be high as per our website examples, but will be a reflection of your family, pets and children as you are on the day.

A.Yes, your photographer, Santa/s and assistants all have Working With Children Cards.

A.Groups of up to 6 people can be catered for in your images, in a standard or deluxe session. If you have a larger group, please book our large package, to give enough time to arrange and photograph your larger group. If you have an extended family and would like many different combinations in the photos, to cater for families within the larger group, we recommend you book two consecutive sessions.

A.Given the time it takes to organise and position larger groups, you will need to book two consecutive large group sessions if you have more than 12 participants. On a per person cost basis, this is still an affordable option for larger groups.

A.Families, kids, couples, singles, dogs, sports teams, work colleagues, young, old, in between. If you love Christmas, the beach, Aussie Summers, then these photos are for you!

A.Absolutely, we love dogs! Dog sessions times will be listed on the booking site and conform to the local council rules regarding dogs on beaches. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog is on a lead and under your control. You can bring along some favourite treats or toys if that will help get your dog's attention. Christmas costumes, hats and reindeer ears are all perfect accessories too! Only sessions before 10am and after 7.30pm are dog friendly.

A.Yes, please ensure to book our large group session if your group has more than 6 people being photographed.

A.No. Santa will be present to greet you but if you prefer your photos without Santa, that is absolutely fine.

A.You can wear whatever you like. Beach wear, bathers, matching Christmas outfits, reindeer ears, hats, pjs... dress up, dress down, it is totally up to you.

A.No, there will not be time to change outfits during the photo session. Please book a deluxe session if you require an outfit change.

A.Yes, please bring any props or costumes you would like to have in your photos. They should be ready to use / wear immediately as sessions are short and sweet.

A.Sunglasses, hats and hair ties will be your best friend on a sunny or windy day on the beach. Sunnies can also add some summery, beach fun to your images and will ensure no one is seen squinting on a super bright day.

A.We will shoot through most weather conditions. Hats and hair ties can help with windy conditions. Umbrellas may be used in light rain. If there is heavy rain, we may need to reschedule.

A.You can help create a happy experience for your kids by ensuring they aren't hungry or thirsty during the photo session. Please don't show up late or stressed. Ensure your kids are happy with their outfits. We work quickly to create a fun, positive rapport with your kids, but understand that sometimes, kids just aren't happy. Sometimes it's the Santa photos where the kids are being their funny, silly selves, even the ones where they are crying, that we look back on and smile at. We do our best, but sometimes your photos won't feature happy smiley kids. They will however be a real moment of the people you love, captured forever.

A.Photoshop will not be used to alter your photos in anyway. We do not use photoshop to alter physical attributes including hair, skin, faces or expressions. Your photos will be beautiful you, as you are.

A.No, we will use our professional judgment when selecting your images from those we take. You will receive at least 3 different images from your five minute session. Differences may be in group composition and / or facial expression or props. Please be assured our long term clients love us for our ability to over deliver on both image quality and the quantity of photos delivered.

A.Photos will be delivered via online digital gallery to your registered email address.

A.You can print your images at home or at any photo print shop. Images are high resolution and can be printed to at least 12x18 inches. Images can be used on Christmas cards or other items as you like. Sometimes commercial photo machines struggle with the high resolution quality of our images when printing small sizes such as 6x4 inch photos. Contact us for assistance and lab recommendations if this occurs. Our images should print as beautifully as they appear on your screens.

A.Yes, you can use your images on social media.

A.With your consent, which we will seek after your photo session, your images may be featured on our website, Facebook page or Instagram. We will not share your images without your explicit consent.

A.You can purchase a digital Christmas card, ready to print or share online, featuring one of your images. Details are on the booking site.

A.The sea and sky change every day, every night, hour to hour. You may get a wonderfully blue sky, or a golden sunset, or grey clouds, magnificent reflective water or crashing waves. I can't guarantee the skies or weather, but I can guarantee I'll capture you and your family exactly as you wonderfully are.
